UPO1000

UPO1000 series digital oscilloscope adopts Ultra Phosphor 2.0 technology . This series is equipped with three levels of bandwidth of 50MHz/100MHz/200MHz, and the real-time sampling rate is as high as 2GSa/s. The whole series is equipped with 4 channels as standard; supports independent DVM module; has rich trigger and bus decoding functions, and supports full-memory hardware real-time decoding. It can be widely used in embedd system design, instrumentation, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, field maintenance, and education and many other fields.

Full-memory hardware real-time decoding

With 56Mpts deep memory, the decoding speed of 3 protocols (RS232/UART, I2C, SPI) reaches milliseconds, which is hundreds of times faster than the software decoding speed, and significantly improves the analyzing efficiency.

1Mpts enhanced FFT

Support multi-domain view, independent spectrum view display, multi-dimensional visualization of signal characteristics. Provides 4 trace and 4 detector modes to meet different analysis needs. Support automatic trace peak measurement to quickly identify key spectral features.
