Press the mode button to cycle through the available modes; the active mode is shown in the top-left of the display. Hold the button to return to the default mode.
Relative mode stores the present reading as a zero reference and displays the difference from it, which is useful for cancelling out lead resistance.
Enable min/max capture from the mode menu. The instrument then tracks the extremes until the mode is cleared, and both values can be recalled on the display.
